Daily Rates
100 people or less (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday): $90 all-day rental plus $100 security deposit
100 people or more (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday): $250 all-day rental plus $150 security deposit
Weekday half-day rental (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday): $45 for eight hours plus a $100 security deposit
Security deposits are fully refundable when you leave the building looking the same as when you arrived. Additional $100 security deposit if alcohol at any event.
Set-up and Tear-down the day before and/or the day after the event: $90 on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and $45 on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. No security deposit is needed for set-up and tear-down days.
